Sounding Through the Sefirot:

An Introduction to the Kabblah…

A seven-week masterclass for the Counting of the Omer 2021 (March 28 – May 16)

Day and time to be determined

Make your life a work of art

There is a center of sublime knowledge within every human being,
and when you enter that place, you turn into a great poet –
you don’t have to learn the art of poetry.

~ Swami Muktananda

Inside the Sounding Through the Sefirot Masterclass experience:

Sounding

Sounding (vocal toning) uses your voice to harmonize and balance your cells and the energetic pathways between the Sefirot. Vocal Sounding is essentially “vocal homeopathy” for the brain, body, and soul and is known for its steady state of one tone per exhale

The voice itself is a pathway for profound awakening and transformation.

No singing experience required

Sefirot

The sefirot are considered to be the 10 stages by which The Great Mystery is revealed, the true inner structure of all reality. They are the stages of the inner life of God, known to us through their reflection in the human psyche. Establishing  a dialogue with the language of Kabbalah, we explore its application to both our inner and outer lives. The commitment to our best selves brings about Tikkun Olam, healing the world.

Sonic Portal

Crystal singing bowls will be holding a vibrational and tonal foundation for our sounding practice.

Bowls like these are often used in the practice of sound healing, creating deep states of meditation with a range of vibrational sounds and frequencies to restore dis-eased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Within minutes of the bowl being sounded the vibrational resonance flows through all areas of the body.

“The important thing for today’s seeker is to begin from experience, not from metaphysics.”
 ~ Arthur Green

Your guide is Kimberly Haynes

Artist in Residence, Cantorial Soloist, Singing Specialist, Spiritual Life Coach

Kimberly Haynes is an award-winning recording artist and founder of The Yoga of Voice & Vibration.

With a passion for purposeful living, Kimberly Haynes uses her gift of music to journey through the mystical Kabbalah.

“When we consciously take the time to go inside and witness what’s there – a certain kind of magic happens. Stuck negativities start to transform into harmonious flow simply by taking the time to be present with ourselves. Habits of thought that undermine your balance and peace, dissolve into the joy of sounding.”

Kim’s commitment is to support you as you embark on this profoundly beautiful practice of personal alignment with your core symphonic vibration.

Your 4-week journey includes:

Week 1

I am Infinite

We begin at the crown (keter).
The place where we emerge and the place to which we will return. In this triad, we connect with our true nature, giving us access to wisdom (chochmah) and understanding (binah). We use our voices to sound into that place in ourselves where the infinite and the finite meet.

Week 2

I am Love

This week we explore the way of the heart. We will look at how strength (Gevurah) and mercy (chesed) need and balance each other – harmonized in the heart center. In this triad on the Tree of Life, we learn to stand in our center supported by Grace. We use our voices to call forth our greatness, our beauty, and harmony.

Week 3

I am Radiant

This week we explore balancing our radiance (netzach) with humility (hod).  We reclaim non-doing as that place where we tap into the great well of wisdom within. In this triad on the Tree of Life, we stand fully integrated in Yesod (foundation). Sounding here, we honor the gifts of doing (Netzach), being (Hod), and the gift of our firm foundation (Yesod).

Week 4

I am Alive

Having balanced the polarities and connected with our central pillar within, we find ourselves in Malchut – the Temple of our Days. We are greeted here by Queen Shechina, the immanent aspect of The Great Mystery. Sounding through the entire range of the sefirot, we land on the very ground of our being, as we become our fully expressed selves.

“Kimberly has worked at my side for the past fifteen years leading, serving, and attending to life cycle events for our Ahavat Torah Congregation.
